. Achilles was born in Thessaly,Greece. He was semi-immortal and was invulnerable all over his body except his heel. He was not invulnerable on his heel because his mother Thetis dipped him in the river Styx to make him immortal but she kept his heel dry by holding him there. He was later struck by a arrow in the heel making it so he could not move and then Achilles was killed.
Some people do not know but Achilles had a son named
. Neoptolemus parents were Achilles and Deidamia. Achilles was born by the nymph Thetis and Pelius.
Achilles family backround is That Achilles parents were the immortal nymph Thetis and mortal Peleus. The mother of Peleus is Endeis and the father of Peleus was Aiacos. The mother of Chariclo and the father of Endeis was Endeis was Sciron. The mother of Aiacos was Aegina and the father of Aiacos was
The father of the Nymph Thetis was Nereus and the mother of the nymph Thetis was Doris. Doris's parents were her mother Tethys and her father was Oceanos. Nereus's parent was his mother Gaia and his father Pontos. That is most of Achilles family backround.
Apperantly Achilles never had a symbol for himself. Only gods or immortals got to have symbols because Achilles wasn't important enough. Only Gods and other things that were important got symbols like the olympians. As far as our schollars know about.
Achilles possibly possessed exceptional strength, stamina, and resistance due to his semi-divine birth. he was stronger, faster. and more inexhaustible than most human beings, but not to a superhuman degree. He was also invulnerable with the exception of his ankles. which lacked the godly enhancements of his phisical stamina. he could not be harmed by any means, but a wound in his ankles could prove certain death. He was also a particularly ruthless warrior with a sword and in unarmed combat, and he could show particularly brutal tactics when heightened by a warrior's rage. He carried a sword and wore armor forged by the god Hephaestus.
